Just follow the steps detailed below to reset your password.Your login username must be a valid email address in order to reset your password using the steps detailed in this section. If your username is not a valid email address, please contact Lightspeed Support to reset your password.
- From the login screen, swipe up, and then tap Forgot Password?.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Tap Reset Password. Lightspeed will send you an email at the specified email address with instructions for resetting your login password.
