Spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Intuit Customer Service and was hung up on by one rep. all because the product licence issued by Intuit was a 2012 licence number and not a 2013. However, I contacted Enix (per Intuit), and it was fixed, up and running in less than 15 minuets!! This was at 8pm... [...]
